Stop wasting your time with random workouts that will not carry over to the energy systems that are required while doing The Open.
You need a structured program that is based on increasing your muscular endurance, work capacity, anaerobic power, and skills.
Use Open Prep program as an ADD-ON to your gym’s classes. Most days will require an additional 30-40 minutes of online qualifier specific training before your group class session.
