Refund Policy

Effective Date: August 10, 2025

1. Digital Product Refunds

All OnlineWOD training programs are delivered as digital files (PDF or similar) via electronic download. Due to the nature of digital products and the risk of unauthorized distribution, all sales are final once the product has been downloaded, regardless of circumstances.

If you have not downloaded the product and it has been 15 days or less since your purchase, you may request a refund. Refund requests made after 15 days will not be honored, whether or not the file has been downloaded.

If a refund is approved, payment processor fees (including but not limited to Stripe transaction fees) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We do not offer store credit unless agreed in writing.


2. File Access and Technical Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure you have a compatible device, updated PDF viewer, and stable internet connection before purchasing.

Some products contain clickable links to third-party hosted videos or resources. We are not responsible for access issues caused by:

  • Device incompatibility
  • Outdated or unsupported software
  • Security or firewall settings
  • Internet or network restrictions
  • Removal or downtime of third-party hosted content

Once a file is downloaded, it is your responsibility to store it securely. Download links provided in your order confirmation email may expire after a set period for security reasons.

If you lose your file, contact us with proof of purchase. We may provide a replacement link at our discretion, but we are not obligated to do so.


3. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By purchasing from OnlineWOD, you agree not to initiate a chargeback unless the transaction was the result of proven fraud.

Unwarranted chargebacks will be treated as a breach of our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to:

  • Terminate your access to all OnlineWOD products
  • Submit evidence to the payment processor to contest the dispute
  • Pursue recovery of the full amount plus any associated fees, including legal costs

4. How to Request a Refund

If you are eligible under Section 1, send an email to [email protected] within the refund window. Include:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Purchase date
  • Reason for your request

Incomplete refund requests may be delayed or denied.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to release the funds.
