Our Pull-up Program is for anyone whose heart breaks a little bit every time the word “pull-up” shows up on the whiteboard. We’ve got everything you need to finally conquer this sought-after skill. Just put in the work, and watch your chin—at long last—ascend over the bar. 

The program is designed as an add-on—just complete your Pull-up session before or after your daily workout. The program’s also modular and progressive in nature. In other words, you can repeat phases as many times as you need to before moving onto the next bit. This format ensures success no matter your level.

The Details

What kind of equipment is required?

  • Access to a pull-up bar.
  • Plyo box or bench (something to assist you in getting your chin over the bar).
  • Set of variable resistance bands.
  • A barbell that may be placed across the rig for inverted rows.
  • Dumbbells for accessory work (Bench Press, Rows, Shoulder Presses etc.).
  • Rings or TRX with adjustable straps (recommended, but may be substituted with just a barbell placed across the rig)

What if I’m a super beginner?

We’ve got you covered! Each session has scaling options to accommodate any person at any fitness level.

How long does each session take?
